Flaky Brie with Cranberries Pockets

Makes 10-15 pieces
Ingredients:
- 200g Brie de Meaux
- Cottage Delight Classic Cranberry Sauce
- Store Bought Puff Pastry
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven at 160C. Slice up puff pastry into 6cm squares, which will be the top and bottom layer of each pocket.
- Place a dollop of cranberry sauce in the middle of one pastry square.
- Then, fit as much brie as you can above the sauce. (Hint: the more the better)
- Brush the sides of the pastry square and top it with another piece of pastry square. Crimp the sides with a fork..
- Brush egg wash on the surface for a nice golden brown colour once it's baked.
- Bake in oven for 8 min or until golden brown.
