Made with buffalo milk, Camembert di Bufala is a soft and incredibly rich ripened cheese. Aged for just two weeks, it is definitely on the milder, fruitier side - without losing any of the molten texture of much more aged stronger Camemberts. Camembert di Bufala is excellent heated and savored with fresh vegetables.
