From the heart of the Entre-Deux-Mers region South of Bordeaux, this outstanding value for money wine displays a dark ruby colour, on the nose there are lots of ripe red fruits with spicy notes, in the mouth the wine is medium bodied with flavours of blackberries, plums and red currants balanced nicely with a fresh acidity and soft silky tannins.
Ideal with beef dishes or medium flavoured hard cheeses such as a 18 Month Comte or Gruyere Reserve.
