SHIPPING & RETURNS
A minimum of $50 applies for all online orders.
For Deliveries:
Next day delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm (Singapore Time).
Orders between S$50 and S$100: S$15 delivery fee.
Orders above S$100 (Above S$150 for Sentosa): FREE delivery.
We deliver every day: Mondays to Sundays, including Public Holidays. Our delivery slots are: 10am to 2pm, 1pm to 5pm, 5pm to 9pm.
For Self-collection:
Self-collection is available at all our physical stores, located at: River Valley, Joo Chiat, Upper Bukit Timah, Upper Thomson. More details here.
Return Policy
We aim for your cheeses and items to reach you in good and safe condition. We advise you to check your order immediately upon delivery.
If your items are not in good condition or there's any other issue, please email to us at cheeseshop.sg@gmail.com within 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER, and we will get back to you immediately. Please provide your feedback, photo of the item and receipt (or membership number if available).
Please leave the product in its original packaging.
