Wine description: Les Griffons is the 2nd wine of the iconic Pauillac 2nd Classified Growth, Château Pichon Baron.
Produced from 55% Cabernet Sauvignon & 45% Merlot and aged in 60% new French oak barrels, this wine displays a deep ruby garnet colour. On the nose violets and cassis with notes of cedar, in the mouth the wine is medium to full bodied, silky and opulent, layered with rich dark fruit flavours and fine soft tannins.
