Salchichón extra: Pork meat and fat, salt, maltodextrin, dextrose, white pepper, black pepper, antioxidant (sodium erythorbate), preservative (nitrite of sodium). Prepared from 115g of raw pork per 100 g of final product.
Chorizo extra: Pork meat and fat, salt, paprika, milk powder, dextrose, garlic, antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), preservatives (nitrite of sodium, potassium nitrate), nutmeg, oregano. Prepared from 122g of raw pork per 100 g of final product.
