Both raw milk Camembert and Calvados are the produce of Normandy, France and its terroir. The Camembert is submerged in the apple brandy for 3 to 5 hours, followed by a coating of breadcrumbs to give texture to every bite of cheese.

While the rind is white, the paste is a plump yellow. The pungent hay notes of Camembert is complemented with the sweet bite of boozy apples. Some of us tasted a lingering taste of durian!
