Made in the same creamery as our Stilton, our Reserve Shropshire Blue is made using the traditional hand-laden methods. Annatto is added to make the cheese as orange as the sun!
Matured for a shorter period than the Stilton, the Shropshire has a mellower and creamier flavour, yet still retaining the distinctive bite of blue cheese. It is best accompanied by an English brown Ale or a rich fortified wine.
